The staff was very diligent and provided good services. The hotel has a favorable location next to the center of Bloemfontein, the Waterfront mall, and downtown. There were lots of options and the food was excellent. The stay was comfortable without any complaints.

The restaurant on the second floor was amazing, and I really enjoyed the delicious dishes there, and the bathroom was well-equipped with hair dryers, a walk-in shower, and comfy bath sheets.

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown, just a 15-minute walk away. The hotel is also situated just 1 mile from tourist attractions like Bloemfontein City Hall. It's a great place for a 3-night stay.

Two complementary facts that stood out were the safe parking and the cleanliness of the hotel. the hotel was located on a busy street with easy access to shopping malls, making it a convenient spot for a city break. the reception staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out an easy process.

the breakfast was not up to standards, with the kitchen staff trying to cut corners by changing the menu and being pushy about whether we wanted to take it as a takeaway or not. Lastly, the service provided by some of the staff was lacking, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests.

Had a fantastic Christmas break in a cozy, stylish hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bedding fresh and inviting. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff, welcoming and helpful, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The breakfast was delicious, offering a range of options, including a yummy veggie option.

There were some downsides. The shower floor tiles were extremely slippery, and the absence of a shower door led to water spilling over the floor, making it a bit of a hazard and very unpleasant to navigate.
